yeah, this has been going on for the last two weeks, its just been getting worse lately, i got a chip and only run 91 in it... the other weird thing is that it runs fine once i get it started, its just starting it is the hard part... I dont think its the fuel pump cus i can hear it turning on, maybe new spark plugs or fuel filter... i cant figure it out

just because you can hear the fuel pump come on doesn't mean that it couldn't be a problem do what mjr said check your fuel pressure for leak down

ok how do i do that? could this also be a fuel filter problem?

found the problem - mass air flow sensor... just in case anybody has the same symptoms in the future
