weird timing issue

ok, am back again...
injectors and maf were cleaned by the mechanic.
I ran 1/2 can seafom in through the vacuum and let sit for 15 minutes. Fired it up (loads of white smoke) and let it run for a while.
Still knocks, although just the slightest bit less. ....hmmm how to measure knocking
So I'm back to ??
