getting into the 13s
My best for the only day I raced it, about five years ago, at sea level and almost foggy (read:cold), I had a 13.96 with the mods listed in my sig. Since the ricers took over the track, I've been back once but didn't even put it on the track.
H/C/I would put it in the low 13's, maybe high 12's (maybe someday).

the easiest and cheapest way to hit low 13's is to convert to a carbed engine....bolt on carb and intake and you up 50hp and 15tq....a little time to convert but way more power for way cheaper

No offense, but are you kidding? I couldn't go back to carbs. After YEARS of tuning those damn things on a weekly basis, trying to get every ounce of power, I'm done with them. What makes the EFI Ford so spectacular is its adaptable computer and a total package that responds great to modifications. You mod it and you drive it. Its more complex but once you understand it, its a godsend. Not trying to be mean, just my opinion.
