Default Possible fuel pump issue

Today I went to start my 91 GT for the first time in about 3 or 4 months. I had to get another battery cause it was dead. Put the battery in and turn on the ignition and the fuel pump did not kick in.

Could it be a fuse?
Where's the fuse for the fuel pump located?
Is the fuel pump hard to change?

its most likely the fuel pump since its been sitting in old gas for so long but if you want to try the relay first, its up under the drivers seat

Before I rip out my drivers seat, I should be able to test for power to the fuel pump right?

there is a fuel pump test connector on the eec iv link that you can jump power to then go back to the harness connector at the tank with a test light and check for power

Since it looks as though I'll be changing my fuel pump, is there a recommended upgrade for this part? I saw 255LPH FUEL PUMP online. Is this a good one? What's the difference between this one and the stock pump?

stock is 88 lph.that is the first upgrade you do on a 5.0. i went 190 but 255 is the norm. i went with a walbro pump. and if you don't allready know when you do it just use the buttsplices that come with it and no you can't get a spark cause the air is to rich in the tank even on empty. you'll know what i'm sayin when you do it. buy a filter. and the pump and filter come with the white clips in the fuel fittings.hope that helped.

Yeah I had a buddy look at it. He said the pump is getting power, but no joy.
