Default 1988 mustang 5.0

Well I had a loud noise coming from the passenger side of my engine and I took off my intake plenum to find this. Water started coming out as I took off my throttle body. how does this happen usually. I dont think i should have water in my intake right? i have pictures but dont know how to post them.

There are two hoses that usually have a small amount of coolant but not a bunch.

two hoses, 1 on front and one on back of throttle body. It circulates warm water/coolant through the throttle body (basically to keep it from freezing/sticking) Its normal, if you want to bypass it you can by simply connecting the front hose to the back hose.
