I have. Great head nearly 40k later...

I have had a couple friends with them. No complaints at all, except good reliable power from us.

The newer versions have 8mm valve stems (lighter) than 11/32 valve stems that come standard on the competition and lighter valve springs (1.290" D), and they have a full CNC port and combustion chamber.

In my opinion, they have the best price for everything you get. There are heads that are a little bit less, but do not have full CNC intake and exhaust ports and have heaver (1.4XX) springs, and 11/32 valve stems.

There are a lot of great options out there. I just happen to be sold on AFR for those reasons.

There are a lot of us here that run AFR heads. They are a great out of box head.
