Default Major Help Needed 88 Mustang GT Charging Problem

I have a 1988 mustang GT and everything was ripped apart under the hood to change the head gaskets. Once everything was put back together the alternator fried once started and has fried 2 new ones aswell. I have put in a new battery a new starter a new ignition coil and battery cables since. Ive checked and rechecked everything and this has left me stumped for years! Ive done numerous troubleshooting guides and would understand more if it just wasnt charging but its frying new alternators too. Its shorting out somewhere and i cant find where! Anyone know the charging system of a 87-93 mustang well i need suggestions before decide to scrap this thing. A BIG help would be a wire by wire explantion of what the only wires that should be on the ignition coil (behind battery over left front inner fender)and where they should go to and from and how many you guys have on it.

Here's a diagram of the charging system, and everything that it links to.
Also, an ignition coil diagram.

Top left of the first diagram. Black/White has a 20amp inline circuit breaker, goes to doorlocks, windows, and seats.
