GT40P Head Bolts

For my 89 I am switching to GT40P heads what head bolts do I use? Ones for a explorer or ones for my 89??

new head bolts for a 302, arp makes good stuff

There are different head bolts for a 97 5.0 explorer (which is where I got the heads) vs. a normal 89 5.0, which one do I need to get?

it REALLY doesnt matter. One set are TTY, the other are not. But you should follow mikes suggestion and get some ARP bolts (or studs... which I prefer)

I know that.......as addermk2 states they are torque to yield.....don't buy the stock crap, it is use it once on tty stuff and throw away...arp is good for multiple uses
