1979 mustang short throw
anyone know where to get a short throw shifter for 79 mustang with a 4-speed. seems to me they only make them for a 5-speed. any info would be great

The 4 speed option in 1979 had to be specifically ordered, the T5 was standard equipment in all standard 'stangs.
That fact makes it extremely unlikely you'll be able to find one by searching mustang sites. You need to find out what it is first.
