I bought accel ignition module put it in and car idles wildly and sputters during driving.
Put stock one on and it runs fine could it be my pip sensor?
Or any opinions on why it would do this?

Hmm... Strange thing coming from Accel. Return as defective and try again.

I bought it from summit they say it's for 87-93 gt's but american muscle says it for 86-93 so whos right?
Are they not the same except for heads?

And yea I'm swapping it out just wanna make sure i'm not wasting time with this.

Sometimes the aftermarket companies make mistakes in the years they print, because technically the body style changed from 86 to 87, but the drivetrain and everything mechanical is identical. It confuses some people and companies because the 86 model was the last year of the 4 eyed generation, but also the first year of the 5.0 EFI engine.
