OH YEAH !!! Since you asked lol.
Best time with the AOD was a 13.5 @ 108, high 2.1 60ft was normal on street tires. It didn't have a traction problem out of the hole as my cam didn't start working till 3000 rpm, and my stall flashed at 2700/2800. 4:10s would have been perfect for my setup, but I swapped to a T5 instead and couldn't be happier with that decision. It knocked over a full second off my time, I can 60ft in 1.7 without trying hard (on slicks), freed up 25hp at the wheels.
I really like my set up now with the 3:55s / T5, but would have gone 4:10 if I kept the AOD.

That's possible when you start climbing the horsepower ladder. Maybe someone who runs 4:10s will chime in here and see what he's going thru the traps at. But with 3:55s and the manual, I'm short shifting to 4th at maybe 200 ft before crossing the line, other wise I'm hitting the limiter in 3rd just before. I don't think you'll run all of 4th in a 1/4 mile. But I really don't know.
EDIT: I forgot your AOD, that might be a problem as it won't shift into OD at full throttle. Not that you'd want to do that on a stock AOD anyways.
