Default Squeaking Sound Coming From Dash/Cluster

I recently replaced my speedo cable with an ungreased aftermarket cable I bought on ebay about 6 months ago. This morning on my way to work (for one of the last times this year) I noticed a chirping squeaking sound coming from my dash/cluster area. It would go away at low speeds but would return as speed is gained. Shut the car off while rolling and no change so its nothing in the motor or tranny.

Can someone chime in here, does this sound like the issue?
