...better idea. got another switch from Autozone....the car fires right up and idles like a champ. now to take the other "new" switch back to O'Reilly....

i know old thread.. but i can't seem to find this piece on any of the part stores websites.. could someone hook me up with a link?

really you couldn't find an ignition switch for and 89 5.0

thanks for the link, i was just searching for a wrong name(new mechanic).. i knew what the piece looked like.. i just didnt know what autozone called it.. appreciate the help.
