Why is this Happening ?

On the back side of my Car the body and paint is splitting anyone have and idea as to why this is happening sorry about the pic quality its from my phone.

Could be bad body work....tough to tell with that pic....need a new one

is it on your bumper/any fiberglass part? if so i bet at one point there was a impact that compromised the integrity of the paint.

if not my guess is also bad bodywork.
