Default Power Steering delete????

Do they make a power steering delete or just a pulley to take it's place, I just bought a manual rack, and will no longer need the pump any more. I have a 351 so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Will I need a shorter belt then? I am also keeping the a/c but just no longer needing the p/s pump
