The stock AOD shifter bezel\gear indicator was missing from my car when I got it. I have just the stock T handle and the metal shifter rod going through the console opening. I have looked at aftermarket shifters and don't particularly like how they look. Does anyone know if I can just order a leather manual shift boot and bezel and put on the AOD shifter? I think this would be a clean look if it would work with the stock AOD shifter shaft.

I would go to a junkyard and find a boot off any car, I bet you could make it work and look nice with little effort, probaly will have to use the AOD bezel that snaps in the console, but not sure.
