Default Would you or wouldn't you?

After searching for a stang for almost a year I finally found one. The guy I'm buying it from lives in Virginia and I live in California.
Really nice guy bent over backwards to help me out. Can't say enough about him.
So, Would you or wouldn't you drive the car home? Thats the question!
Were talkin an awesome road trip here boys! or do I put it on a truck and have it shipped across the country?
peace

well i mean u could do that.....but remember if ur going to be driving the stang back it goin to run up miles.......alot of miles...since u live in cali, or u can do this: get/or rent a truck and rent a flat bed or hitch(whatever u want to call it) here in cali or once u get there u can rent one, and drive it back to cali....there u can have ur road trip and bring ur car with out wasting any miles...right?!?! so u win if u think about it lol but very nice fastback u lucky bastard lol jk bro!! but yeh man congrats on ur stang!!! welcome to the classic mustang family lol

Thanks for the props guys! You know part of me just wants to get away for a few days. It would almost be a "once in a lifetime thing". Yea it would be 3000 miles. But hell that 289 is going to be pulled at some point and time. Like I said before my 429 is being put back together. Its does have a T-5 tranny though. One thing is for sure if I did it I'd get a bra for it!

Rwstang - I was telling a friend about my stang. He asked me about it, you know what year bla bla bla. Then he tells me guess what kind of car I just bought? I say, "ok i give up". He proceeds to tell he bought a GT-40. Not the kit car! The new GT-40! Its going to show up in early December. Guess who's going to drive that bitch! So you talk about lucky.

Have it shipped. It it does brake down, do you want to leave it on the side of the road?
