If there are no leaks and you're still smelling exhaust inside the car, check your trunk for holes and check that your trunk lid seal is still good.

After repainting, my trunk had no seal to begin with and the exhaust fumes in the cabin were HORRIBLE! I then put a new trunk seal on and NO MORE FUMES! Who ever thought it could be that simple?
