Question 67 with 351c

Hello all! My buddy and I are rebuilding a 67 and we were smart enough to stuff a 351c 2v under the hood. We've had some issues, duh, but we've got two questions I'm hoping that someone out there can answer: We've got the four speed top loader and we're having clearance problems with the headers and the clutch linkage. Short of custom headers, is there anybody that makes something for this?
Someone said something in here about an easy way to install the clutch return spring (7534), or not using it at all???

The 67-70 chassis was identical. All you need to do for that conversion is specify everything for "1970 Mustang". If your headers don't fit, it's because they suck, not because of your conversion. There are plenty of headers on the market that will clear a stock clutch on your car.

You might try calling these guys, they dont have it listed but they may have come up with a pattern recently and just not listed it:

Even headers for the 71-73 will fit, you just need some that will work with the 4 speed linkage. I have a 2V in the 67 Cougar behind the Mustang in my sig, but I run automatics.
