carb to intake manifold spacer

Default carb to intake manifold spacer

Is anyone using one of these on their I6 and if so are you noticing much difference because of it?

You better be. There are several functions for this spacer, from providing a mount for the throttle linkage to preventing carburetor icing.

I didn't realize that but from your responses I guess this is a standard part. I was assuming it was like a carb spacer that some people add on for some performance gains.
