Default Ford F-1 Carb Question

Hi,
I'm in the process of putting together a 69 falcon ( I know this is a mustang forum) and while I was putting the carb back together the plastic vent valve rod snapped.
I was wondering if this carb had any other names, What the vent valve rod does exactly, and where I could find another one.
By the way, Its a 1bbl carb for a 200 inline 6 engine if that helps any.
Thanks!

Autolite 1100 is the name you want to use when looking for parts. Do you have a pic of the part that broke?

No I dont have a pic. I've found the part for sale under the name of autolite 1100. If its the same than I'll just get one of those.
Thanks
