The way some aquaintences from the days of my misspent youth would take them off when uh, borrowing a strangers wheels is to put the large socket on a 4-way over the lug, stand on the two perpendicular arms and bounce until the lug nut broke off.

Barbaric but effective on the right rims.

I think going forward they can steal the damn wheel, I assume taking the car is easier than taking the wheels, I knew when I bought it I should have removed them.

If you have a number on the key, contact McGard, as they are the most widely used.

Default Removing stubborn lug nuts

So, I posted a similar problem a few days ago. Tried using a good lug wrench, locking pliers, a reverse socket (bites down as you turn), chesel. Ended up taking it to a wheel place which cut it off with a torch.
