Default Rear end step out on full throttle?

I had a neighbor years ago take me for a ride in his 85 mustang 5.0. And when he would dump the clutch and stand on it..the car would damn near be sideways going down the road! Now I have an 07 GT but it doesn't step out like that, at all what causes that? Im assuming its got something to do with torque.

Modern engineers have figured out the secret to going fast. It's called traction my friend.

^^^ Yep. Big difference between the fox and SN95 suspension setups and the S197.

The S197 chassis is far more refined than the Fox chassis. But also, your neighbor's '85 might've been making more power than your '07. Your '07 will get plenty sideways with minimal mods. Thankfully, companies like UPR can help you hook up all of that extra power.
