That picture is not that bad, others have posted much bigger, but if you use Photobucket, they have an easy to use editing tool for resizing, as well as other basic editing functions.

You could always sell you current rims by posting them in the "parts for sale" area, but your rims are great looking. I would recommend you dip them in whatever color you want, then if you dont like, peel it off and go in another direction. Obviously, if you are not happy with your rim style--that's a different story.
