Hi I just bought a kenne bell twin screw S/C. Before I installitwhat are the things to do to avoid detination. Thanks

monitor your a/f ratio, egt's, tune it correctly, use higher octane fuel, and water injection. Oh yeah, retard the timing. That should about do it for avoiding det.

Seriously though... tune tune tune. I've heard intercoolers also help with detonation by lowering the intake air temp.

put it on haul it to a dyno to tune ...good igintion,retard control mds,cooler plug,93 octange with 104 added ,fmu and a blow off valve, 5-9 degree base timing
