I have a 2005 Saleen Kit on my GT. Seems like the Lip spoiler on the rear end is becoming a little loose? That happen with any of you Real Saleen guys??

Nope. nothing yet, but I certainly wouldnt want anyone to lean on it or even close the trunk by grabbing it and slamming it down. It's kind of an extension of the trunk and not real sturdy.

I actually had to take mine off, and dremmel out the holes because the fit was poor. The ducktail was about 1/3" higher than the quarter extensions and looked as if the trunk wasn't closed tight. I also didn't like the fitment at the very edges, so I added two more screws of my own from the INSIDE of the trunklid, into the mounting brackets of the ducktail. That didn't really make it more sturdy, just helped to pull it down even with the quarter extensions.

There are only 4 or 6 bolts that hold it on, and if you put it on yourself you should know where these are - if you didn't, look at the bottom of the trunk lid and tighten them all up. Two bolts are hidden under the plastic cover that houses the trunk latch and the light.

at one point in my life i hade 4 screws plus tape, now im down to two(assuming cause of the shaker 100 vibrating). Do you guys know what size the screws are so i can put some more in?
