There are a few "Thumbs" of the 2005 "E" car on the SCOA page in the "Straight From Saleen" section.
For those that are members of the SCOA, the 1st Qtr issue of PoweRRR has the "E" car as the selection for the Model Showcase. (Due out at the end of March)

With that funky looking fuel door, I had thought it could be a test bed for an "R" version that would replace the SR that came with a 351W. I mean... Saleen markets race versions of the S7 so why not have a Mustang ready for the race circuit.
But... now that the folks over there pointed out the lack of big brakes... I agree that it's a severe case of vinyl madness.
