Oh yeah ran it a lot back in 04/05. Best stock run 13.53@104. After cai, TB, off road mid pipes, tune, 4.88 gears, center force clutch, fidanza alum flywheel and caltracs it ran slower 13.7@110. Traction was so bad I was sliding sideways in third gear. I had to abort so many runs it was silly. I literally bought the mustang to race cause the srt just could never gain traction. Brakes on truck are so big you can't fit DRs on it without grinding the calipers down and there was no way I was gonna do that.
From a roll? Not any better. Mine has so much torque it'll break free and spin outta control in first and second from a roll. It's just not a great drag race vehicle but for fun on the street, it's insane. The torque is just nuts, it's a lot of fun to drive. I bought the truck new and only have 15k on it. Mustang has become the DD.

SoldierGT.......dude the stance on your car is as good as it gets.........that ride looks so nasty. Love it! I had to mention it. Now go smoke your srt buddy but be sure to tell him him he got a killer truck. DC Performance is the company he needs to talk too about a tune. They are THE Viper experts.

Sounds like a blast to drive! I figured traction was non existent, but you still have some killer traps, especially for a damn full size truck! I've always had a thing for those trucks....too bad you couldn't get some tires under that beast. I wouldn't be willing to grind on those calipers either though.

One of my fav trucks though.
Personally I would have to go with a turbo diesel if I was looking to make it quick though.

He couldn't of rolled it in a worse spot...check out how the hood is in the ditch putting all the weight on the A-pillars. He's lucky he didnt get pinned or break his neck.

Yeah that video has got to be the most famous srt10 video out there. Notice the pavement, he loses it once it hits that patch. Dude is real lucky he is alive.

I hope your buddy has lots of cash for mods. They are not cheap for that truck and the mpg is awful.....less than 10.
last time i was at the track there was one running high 13s with the intake and tune, but it was 100* out, never got a chance to line up with him though in my exhaust/tune PSD.

and there all expensive....

Soldier, you seem to constantly underestimate your car. I keep seeing threads where you ask about slow cars being able to keep up with you or cars being able to catch you on the top end. Your car is in Corvette territory, you don't need to worry about a truck man. And with the centri blower on your car, you don't need to worry about the car falling off on the top end.
