Default BBK 65mm Throttle body..

Just wondering if anyone else has the BBK 65mm Throttle Body.. Not sure if you guys remember but i posted about the pedal being a little harder to push down then before the whole swap.. well we were messing around and found that its the throttle body.. for some reason its very stiff.. the guy doing the nitrous kit said he would try and loosen it up or something.. just wondering if its something that just needs to be broken in or if it just has to be adjusted.. thanks
