01 Cobra Will 18x10 285s fit on all fours?

Spacers will make an issue of such a wheel worse on an S197
The SN95 wheels are about 5/8" more positive off-set than those meant for your model I know a 9.5" wheel is OEM on the Shelby, but runs a 255 tire. I know a 315 on a 10.5" wheel will fit, with the correct off-set, but requires the fender liner to be removed.
Do some searching around, but can tell you that a 10" wheel with say a 285 is gonna be a tight fit.

Little confused, as your avi says you have a '12 Stang, where the question says '01. To be clear, I figure you are NOT asking about a set of 18"x10" '01 Cobra wheels on your '12.
As Tim said, you are not going to properly fit such a wheel/tire up front on an '01 Stang... well, at least not on your current suspension Best to stick with a 275 max on 9" wheel, but recommend a 265 as a better fit.
