Ringbrothers' New Billet Gas Cap

Ringbrothers Shows Off a New Way to Personalize Your Classic Mustang

Ringbrothers is well-known for their high-quality billet aluminum accessories and high-polish show cars. Now they’ve released a new universal gas cap, hand-made at their facility in Spring Green, Wisconsin.

Their new gas cap is CNC machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum. It’s a great way to add an additional finish detail, and make your early Mustang stand out from the crowd.

Designed for classic Mustangs, this gas cap will fit several other vehicles from the same era. Be sure to check the Ringbrothers’ website for full details. Maybe your Mustang is all set with a fuel cap, but perhaps something else in your garage might benefit from an extra bit of billet.

You can see this gas cap used on several of Ringbrothers’ recent builds, including the Mustang seen here. We’ve also seen it used to perfection on a Chevelle, a Camaro, and even a classic Ford F-100 pickup. It simply looks great on anything they stick it on.

Available in black or silver hard-anodized finished, it bonds to your existing gas cap, eliminating worries about sealing. If your current cap is in good shape, it’s ready to be transformed into a piece of handmade billet aluminum art. All of the hardware is included to attach it to your stock cap, including six stainless steel Allen-head screws.

In addition to looking great, the cap has a nice feeling of weight in your hands. It will make every fill-up just that much more special. The design is an ergonomic shape that’s easy to tighten and loosen. It’s more than just a pretty piece of metal.

What do you think? Let us know if you plan on ordering one for your classic Mustang. And if you already have one, how ’bout a quick review?
