Ecoboost cold start engine noise
Hey everyone,
I recently purchased a 2016 Ecoboost. I love the car but i have noticed on cold starts the car makes a strange noise until the engine is warm, at which point it stops. The car runs fine, there is no engine stalling or loss of power. The car shifts fine. While the engine is still cold, the sound can only be heard on idle, when i accelerate the noise goes away until I come back to a stop. All of the gauge readings are normal.
Any help would be appreciated.
