It would be cheaper and easier to simpoy buy the part polished. My understanding of how they get the Satin look is through bead blasting and therefore you will need to remove lots of material to get back to the raw Billet.

You didn't say what you want to polish. How big of parts are you talking about? Does it have a clear coat?
