Hood Scoops - 05-07 Mustang
Looking for a FUNCTIONAL Hood scoop for my 06 Mustang GT. Is there such a thing available? I want to cut a hole in my stock hood and install a hood scoop over the opening to draw in cool air. I don't want to buy an aftermarket fiberglass ram air hood.

No, I dont think there is a functional hood scoop out, but I could be wrong. You could always buy a non functional one of your choice and then just cut out the front of it, which would make it functional. If you do that, I would suggest making absolutely sure that it is secure to the hood. The added resistance of it pulling in air could be enough to rip it right off the hood.

Here you go, they have been promising to make this one functional for quite some time, you might try getting a hold of them to see where they are at on it.
