I think the fog lamps install kit instructions are included as part of the front fascia. That one is plug and play. It was a breeze. The only rough part is drilling a hole on the dashboard to install the switch.

 

are both the stock and the roush fog light both come on at the same time, my installer did it and only the stock fogs come on then you flip the roush light and only those lights come on and the stock ones turn off, so i dont know if he wired it up wrong.

 

They Roush plug and play relay, for lack of better word, is designed so that only one set of fog lights will be on at any given time. Not all four will be on, unless you mess around with the wiring which I did not do, nor I know how to anyway.
