I could have sworn that you can't fit anything larger than a 9 on the front.
I have Shelby GT500 wheels, 9.5" in four corners. Front is with no problem at all.

On a 10" rear im the 285's will look great and fit fine. You can even go 295's and they still will fit in the wheel well fine. I eventually want to go 305 with a 10.5" wide rim the the rear. I have 20's though and they naturally are heavier than 27 lbs. Here is the stance from the rear for a 285 tire

I am running 10s on the front and rearwith no rubbing issues but they are 20s so i dont know if it helps you or not, and 285-30-20 on both

it appears that they might be 18x9 and 18x10 (front/rear). the picture I was shown has it measuring 10/11 edge-to-edge, but the seller says measurements are supposed to be from in inside lip to inside lip. what do you think?
anyone have some insite? are wheel width measurements given from the insides of the lips? Thanks
