Default rear spoiler question

I plan on getting gold stripes painted (right now im getting my money back from this vinyl) bumber to bumber. I don't like how the stock spoiler works when you get stripes...so I'm considering the Gt-500 or the Roush. I like them both...I actually like the Roush more so but I think the GT500 would look better with the stripes. What do you guys think?

Painted stripes are the way to go if you can afford. Which hood is that that you have or is that a scoop?

I don't remember seeing any good pictures of a striped Roush rear spoiler. I recall seeing two pictures where the car is striped, but the Roush spoiler was not. Not sure why this would be. Would either spoiler look alright with stripes over them?

LOVE that hood!!! The Roush spoiler looks great with the stripes...I just saw it in some magazine a grey w/black stripes. What size are you painting the stripes 10" or 11"?

I don't know. Are 10 and 11" the standard for stripes? I have 8" stripes now, and I think 10" would be enough to fill in each scoop of my hood. 11" might be too big.

Yeah, measure that hood first, forgot that part...cuz I didn't any scoops to consider. I think what you have on now should be wider. What you could do is cut some paper stripes in 10 and 11 inches set them on the scoops allowing for the chaser stripes of course, see how it looks. Gold looks good, huh? : ) I get stopped all the time and I've just begun with this one. But man..that Cervini hood is beautiful.....nice...very nice.
