Default 20" Rims???

I am thinking about getting some 20" inch rims. My dad says that the ride is going to be to rough...any of you mustang owners have 20"? Whats the ride like? Any pics?

Only thing I don't like about 20" is you have to have low profile tires with them and the way i drive i would b scratching up some rims. I have 18" and the ride isn't bad at all i gained more tranction and everything. I think it is a smoother ride then the stock ones i had.

the ride is a little bit rougher. its not that bad. does anyone buy a mustang for a nice cushioned ride anyway though?

I heard (note 'heard') that your turning will be crippled from the size of those rims.

Other than that, 20' rims are dub

I have 20's, American Racing, on my 07 v6 and it's not a rough ride... My turning radius is the same... Better traction... And yeah, I speed, it's a mustang!!!

I too have 20's... no diff in handing or ride.. Everyone said the same thing to me but being the stubborn a$$ I am I went ahead and did it anyway... no regrets... and yes, you heard me... NO CHANGE in ride quality....

one thing though... when you hit a pothole (godforbid) there is a deffinite difference... scares the ##%$ out of me every time...

good luck,

FTT

I think they fill the wheel well great and the sacrifice of ride comfort is not bad at all. I love the look and the HP lost was regained with the S/C
