Cant speak for that hood but the Saleen hood actually has pockets below it that channels the water towards the front of the hood and out there. Never hits the engine.

[X(]If I bought that hood I would be more worried that the erroneous holes would cause it to break the cheap Mustang hood latch and send it flying into traffic on the highway. Just to put your concerns into perspective>
