Default HID and fog light halos

Anyone think they look good on our cars? I really want to get 8000k HID's but I am debating the halos. I think it would make the car on the ricer side, which I want to avoid........... Anyone have suggestions or opinions? Or even pictures?

I have the 4300K and I definitely would not go any bluer than that. Light is really white and has just a veryfaint tint of blue.

Halos looking ****ing brutal, please do everyone a favour and do not support the companies that make these products...

The HID are awesome, I have a set myself, but the halos, not a good option...stick with the stock headlight and put HIDs in them and it'll make a world of difference...

Do not put in 8k you will be able to see actually less than with your current halogens. HIDs to produce more lummens but when you go above 6000k you are start to suffer in the output department. Do some research on HID and you will find 4300K is the best output for HID's.

I just put in the resto-solutions 35w 6000k hid kit and I think that its great. There is a thread below and its worth checking into+ their kits cost less.

+1 Past 6000K is purely for style with darker and darker shades of blue, not for visibility.

I was plannin on sticking with the 6000k.And I really dont like the looks of the halo's. It was an idea that a friend proposed, but then he ended up thinking its ugly also. I really think it takes away from the agressive look and makes it look more like a space ship...? Thanks for the input.
