anyone here has any experience with a functional hood air intake? i.e. when the incoming air pressure at high speed helps to pump alittle more air straight into the engine intake? is it caller RAM air intake?

I have a Cervini ram air hood. It passes air into the engine bay but not directly into the intake. They make a kit that attaches to the underside of the hood which directs the air down into your stock airbox. I opted to go with a CAI instead. I think it works better than the kit would. Especiallywith a tune.
