I'm interested in installing the above mentioned decorative intake manifold cover as seen in the Ford Racing catalog on my '05 GT. The catalog makes mention that pn# W712289 S437 stud(s) and
pn# W520411 S437 nut(s) are required to install the cover. Can anyone tell be the quantity of studs and nuts required to complete the installation and where on the manifold, etc. this hardware is installed??? Thanks

The studs are the same quality as what is in the throttle body now. The only difference is that they are studs and not bolts. The cover has two holes with rubber groumets that slide over these studs. Some cars already have the studs installed without a cover. Its the two top bolts that hold on the throttle body

I was asking the quantity (how many?) of the studs and nuts are required. I would like to order the proper hardware along with the cover. Although they give you the part numbers, they do not indicate how many of the studs and how many of the nuts are required.
I cannot get to my car to pop the hood and look so I can only be presumpuous and use the picture of the cover as a guide, but the illustration is not in any detail to figure this out.
Any help???

it takes 2 studs and 2 nuts, you just replace the upper 2 bolts on the throttle body.
