Default hood pins

i just got my stang today, the wrong hood was ordered but it was still a ram air hood so im sorta happy..lol..anyhow, i have some hood pins and was wondering how they install? is it just welding? i have a fiberglass hood with what you would think would be the roush hood scoop..ill have to post pics later but any help is appreciated thanks...and also, with it being a ram air hood, do most people see their hoods flex while driving at 80+ mph??

i believe hood pins are recommended for all fiberglass hoods since they are lighter. even the stock hoods have some play in them at higher speeds. I guess you could weld the pins in but they usually just install with a nut threaded onto the bottom of the pin. There is a sticky in the how to section that shows exactly how to install them
