Main tools one will need for this install is a 10mm socket, 7/32 socket and drive & phillips head screw driver. You can jacked the car up or just turn your tires to removed the screws on the spalsh guards. (There are 3 simple phillips screws outer edge) *note: there is no real need to jack it up unless you want more room to do the uninstall & install with with.

Once the screws are removed pull back the splash guard and you will see 3 bolts (look up) where the fender and bumper join. remove the 2 OUTTER most bolts. If you remove the inner most then the bracket that supports the bumper will come off and this will screw you.

Now the air dam or whatever it is under the engine needs to be removed. As you will see in the picture there are 4 small screws, use a 7/32 socket to get those suckers out. Repeat the previous step twice. Now all that is left is to remove the bolt that holds the bumper on located just inside the headlights. Once this is done the bumper will pull off. Be careful as you need to pull the fender side down to clear the hardware on that side and slide the bumper by the headlights off of the bracket. It's much easier than it sounds.

I cut out everything you don't need to do and put it above to make it eazy for you. Use the pictures from that link to help as needed.

Here is a pick of the last step which it pulling the bumper cover off. All you need to do is to rotate the rear of the bumper down to clear the bolts. Once you clear them it will just come right off.
