So....the brake light is sequential as well? Not sure I like that so much. Is there a kit that is blinkers and hazards only?
You're forgiven this time as we can see that you are a "Nicky New Guy" There are only 41 previous posts to this thread and I know I explained it in both post 24 and 27. These sequential control modules use a trigger wire to sequence the lights. The module looks for a change in voltage away from the zero reference to trigger. Most come patched to the brake light for conveience and so that they work with no additional wiring. The down side is that they also sequence when the brakes are applied. If you disconnect the trigger and move it so that it is connected to the front turn signals then the sequentials will only flash for the turn signals and hazard warning. It has been mentioned before that to do this you have to run a pair off wires to the smart junction box located in the front passenger footwell kick panel. Webelectric has complete instructions on their web iste to perform this modification including the color codes of the front turn signal wires.
