Hey gang,
Had a few questions about my foot well lights so I thought I'd share a little info of how I did the job. If you've followed my recent thread about my switch panel you'll be happy to know I'm so stoked and pleased about it, turned out great and if coming in real use.

Final Result


Foot Well Light Tube (RED)


Tap into your parking lights/door: Use a small SD to pop this sucker out


Jump into this yellow/blue wire
FYI the cut purple is your factory fogs - I ran a new power to my above panel for total control (brights = not disabled)


Notice Wiring: I ran a master power switch up to my above panel to be able to turn on and off whenever. This is so when I pull up at a show and want to turn them on with out turning on my parking lights I can. Whats nice about having two switch's, one to control anytime and one that comes from your parking lights hot.

Notice wire coming from under days = Parking Lights Hot
Yellow wire = Hot to above switch
Black = Ground
Black/White = Lamp power

Looks sick, man. Any prospects of changing the rest of the LED's to match? That's my game plan when the mod moneys come in, glad to see that it looks as good as I envisioned.

I want to do that so bad - don't think it would be to bad except for the steering wheel! It would really top it off - don't the new ones change all the lights?
