i have an 08 vista blue shelby gt and was pondering the idea of changing the color(higher Kelvin) of my HIDs.. i have the factory ones that came with the car and was wondering if anybody here was running 10000K or 12000K for their HIDs? Im leaning more towards 12 because i think the purple with blue would look badass(just my opinion). please post some pics and let me know what you guys think... who knows maybe i'll even go 6000K or 8000K if i see some pics and you guys think it would be better..... thanks guys!

 

12k provides almost no usable light, you will blind other drivers, and attract much more negative attention from cops.

It's your call.

ive seen 12k and 10k and they are more of a show then of actual use, i run 35w 6k HIDs and there perfect combo of blue and actual light to see with at night, my friend has 55w 8k HID's and mine are bluer then his but his are way brighter

 

i run 5k 35w HIDS in all 4 lights and they are straight white.
