I'm trying to find some GT take off rockers to put on my Sonic Blue 2005 V6, but i can't find any ANYWHERE, even unpainted. A local shop said they would paint, and install new gt take off rockers for $250. Is that a good deal? I saw newtakeoff.com used to sell them for really cheap, but i guess not anymore.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the only difference in gt and v6 rockers is the paint? V6 and gt500s are black and gts are painted. Just have your black ones painted.

Good luck. I have been looking for awhile too. There are some here locally that are white( on craigslist Vegas) but I was looking for a color matched pair. I also have taken my car to a couple shops to have the V-6 ones painted. They all say they will do it but will not guarentee the work due to the texture on the panels.

I got my torch red rocker panels from ebay a few months ago.

How much did you get themfor? I look every few weeks and never see them on Ebay.
