Thanks for the comments everyone. Looks like I'll need the following things:

-Eibach Pro-Kit Springs
-J&M Camber Plates
-J&M Adjustable Panhard Bar

Again, I have GT takeoff shocks and struts that have less than 1000 miles on em.
Sound about right?

For the most part. On my GT the shocks and struts were the part that held the car back after I lowered it. The ride was pretty awful with the stockers. Aside from the watts link, changing the shocks and struts made the biggest difference in my handling and ride.

Yeah, if you run an Eibach kit all the parts are matched so they work together, such as stock shocks with after market lowering springs won't work well together. You don't need Eibachs but whatever you get, get matching components that work together.

I also go with Cam Bolts, Steeda Bump Steer and Steeda X-11 ball joints. A Tower Brace is good to and on older S-197 don't forget the K-Brace. It's just a 2' bar that ties the frame together directly under the Transmission so you have a reenforced circle with the Tower Brace, because the hood doesn't hold much together.

I have the UPR lowering springs, which are actually made for us by Eibach to the same specs at Eibach Pro Kit springs.

Fwiw, I'm running Koni Sport shocks and struts, and I've adjusted them many times. I'm at +2.0 turns Front and +1.75R, and I love the way it handles now!

(my car was a little bouncy on the UPR/Eibach springs & GT shocks/struts)

I've got a modest drop (1.5) on the K Springs, with nothing else installed except Camber Bolts. The ride quality is a little tough, but it wasn't any better when it was high (floating feel).

Overall it made the car look so much meaner and the turns are so much more fun now. For less than $200 for the springs and camber bolts, can't go wrong.

If you really wanted to do it right I could see upgrading everything but that becomes very expensive (struts/shocks/camber plates/panhard bar/lca's, uca's/tie rods/etc etc.)

Late Model Restoration has a SVE kit for $350 that has all 4 OEM takeoffs and lowering springs.

1.4 inch drop in the front 1.5 in the back.

Done deal, depending on how I feel once I get my new tire/wheel setup.

I had the eibach pro kit on my 2007 v6, and i loved it. The appearance, and the cornering were so good.. After having 75k on my stock struts i realized it was time to order some konis. The ride was just super bouncy.. almost embarrasing with my gf in the car. Usually I don't care but for how bouncy it got it was time for struts. (never got the struts in time to try them, car got totaled) But for appearance and performance, they did great. Super stiff and a lower center of gravity.

I live around hill-y areas so when i go around crevices and turns downhill in my 2013, I feel like im gonna lift off the ground; springs and struts are my next main performance mod. That lowered center of gravity can't be beat, I can't go around corners as fast. I'll prolly go with the AM sr springs, still deciding on struts (im thinking koni strts, or go all out with the tokiko d-specs)
Good luck.
