Default Eibach Pro-System-Plus Suspension Kit, Yay or Nay???

Hey peeples, I found the Eibach Pro-System-Plus kit for $864.67 shipped. Now I am wondering a few things about it. The kit includes the following:

Lowering Kit
Pro-Kit High Performance Coil Springs
Pro-Dampers
Performance Shocks
Anti-Roll-Kit
Front w/1.3 in. Drop
Rear w/1.4 in. Drop

Just wondering if it's worth the cash and if you think the drop will be to much with my side pipes, thanks!

I can give you an impression of everything except the sway bar after tomorrow. Get me a measure of how much further your skirts are below the stock skirts (measure to the door seam) and I'll tell you where they'll be with the Eibach system.

not sure what you are going for but i have heard the eibach shocks and struts will leave you desiring more. i will be picking up a set of pro kit springs and tokico d-spec shocks for $800 to $900 depending on where you buy from.

you get a much better shock and its cheaper!

Eyeballing your sig pic, I think it would be sweet, seriously. I'm looking just to lower my beast!

On another note, are you looking for the peformance edge? I'm not. Would lowering the Stang effect overall OEM handling, +/-? I'm thinking, I'll wind up driving a box of rocks? Tell me this isn't true? The ride on her now is nice. But i'm afraid of the change to less rubber!

Thanks

Consider just lowering the rear only (Check, I thing Roush and/or Ford sell just the rear lowering springs). Ride might be just slightly harsher this way, on 17's. Guys will tell you their cars ride smooth on 18" - 20"s and there are right. (on smooth roads) If you are in the Northeast we don't have a lot of smooth roads outside the highways (and those aren't so great); 20's out here and your dentures would keep falling out.

I love em. Nice sound, quiet in the hood and meaner than a stripped ape when you floor it! Also, none of the dreaded drone.

I put my Eibach system in this evening. I'm completely satisfied. There is almost no buck in between shifts (only some on the 1-2), which was my biggest peeve with the stock system. I can apply power immediately after shifting now without wasting energy rockin the boat, so to speak. Cornering is much more confident with body roll reduced significantly.

I can probably get pics tomorrow with a side pic and Photoshop you the result with your exhaust so you can see your clearance if you get me the measurement. And I can estimate a before setting for comparison.

I just got the Pro-kit,Damper-kit and the anti-roll kit installed today. I drove it about 30 miles and I loved it. Tomorrow after my 18" razor rims and Bf G-force KDW II are put on 275 rears and 255 front and it should really rock.
